Online Therapy and Medication Management for Dallas and Fort Worth
Dallas and Fort Worth residents can meet with our Texas-licensed team by video. Therapy, couples counseling and psychiatric medication management all work well online.
No commute across the Metroplex
In a region where getting across town can take as long as a session, video therapy gives you back the drive. You can meet with a clinician from home, from a parked car, or from a quiet room at work, wherever you have privacy.

Dallas and Fort Worth questions
Do couples need to be in the same room?
It is usually easiest if you are, but ask your clinician; some sessions work with partners in two places in Texas.
What if my video drops?
Your clinician will try to reconnect, and if that fails, call you at the number on file.
Can you see my child online?
All of our child and teen therapists offer telehealth. Very young children often do better in the office.

Therapy and medication in one practice
Because our therapists and medication providers work in the same practice, a North Texas client can see a therapist weekly and meet with Dr. Richard P. Diaz for medication, all by video. With your written permission, they can talk with each other about your care, which saves you from repeating your history and keeps everyone working toward the same goals. That kind of coordination is often harder to arrange when your therapist and prescriber work in different offices.
