I’m an integrative therapist who uses CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused strategies. I’m DBT-certified and draw on DBT skills for emotion regulation and distress tolerance when they fit. My style is direct and warm. You’ll get clear frameworks, practical between-session work, and a treatment plan we build together, so therapy works towards your goals.
