Therapy that fits around work and school
A weekday afternoon appointment does not work for everyone. Parents juggle school pickup, teens have practice, and many adults cannot leave work without explaining why. That is why our clinicians schedule across the whole week, including evenings, Saturdays and Sundays.

Clinicians with evening and weekend times
Naim Karabanoff sees clients in person or online on weekends and on weekday evenings, in English or Spanish, which works well for school-age kids and working parents. Torresy Smith leads the Kicking Compulsive Habits group on Wednesday evenings. Availability for every clinician changes week to week, so ask when you call.
Same-day openings
Sometimes a clinician has an opening today. The client portal does not book less than 24 hours ahead, so for same-day appointments, call or text 832-876-3232 and ask what is available.

Are weekend appointments more expensive?
Fees vary by clinician and service, not by day. Call 832-876-3232 with questions about fees.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead in the client portal to avoid the full fee. Testing requires 48 hours' notice.
Is testing available on weekends?
Ask when you call. Testing appointments are long, so availability varies.
Keeping a regular time
Once you find a slot that works, ask your clinician whether you can keep it each week. A standing appointment makes therapy easier to protect, and it means you are not hunting for an evening opening every week. If your schedule changes with the seasons, such as sports or tax season, tell your clinician early so you can plan around it.
