Online Therapy and Medication Management for San Antonio

San Antonio clients can see our Texas-licensed therapists and medication providers by video, in English or Spanish.

Care in the language you think in

For many San Antonio families, being able to talk about hard things in Spanish matters. Diana Cantu and Naim Karabanoff provide therapy in Spanish, and Dr. Richard P. Diaz offers medication management in English or Spanish, all by secure video.

How telehealth from Sugar Land works

Our office is near Houston, so San Antonio clients meet with us online only. You need to be in Texas during each appointment and in a private place where you can talk freely. Most clients use a laptop or phone with a camera.

When the whole family is involved

Families sometimes join a session from the same living room, with a parent and teen side by side. Your therapist will help decide when that is useful and when individual time works better.

In person only, in Sugar Land

  • Hypnosis sessions

San Antonio questions

Can I start in Spanish and switch to English later?

Yes. Talk with your clinician about what feels most natural.

How do I pay for medication management?

Medication management is private pay.

Are weekends available?

We schedule seven days a week, including evenings and weekends, depending on the clinician.

Can someone in San Antonio get psychological testing?

Testing happens in person at our Sugar Land office. Some families from farther away plan a trip around one or two longer testing appointments; call 832-876-3232 to talk it through.

What a first video session covers

Your first session is mostly listening. Your clinician asks what brought you in, what you have already tried, and what you want to be different. For a child, a parent usually joins for part of the session, sometimes all of it. By the end of the first few sessions, you and your clinician should agree on goals and know how you will tell whether things are improving.

Before the visit, you complete intake forms in the client portal, including insurance details if you plan to use them.
