A county practice since 2006
Sugar Land Counseling Center opened here in 2006. Since then Fort Bend County has grown from a handful of towns into one of the busiest parts of the Houston area, and the practice has grown with it into a team of psychologists, counselors, a marriage and family therapist, psychological associates and medication providers.

Our clients include school-age kids from Missouri City and Stafford, teens and parents from Richmond and Rosenberg, young families in Fulshear and the newer master-planned communities, and older adults who have lived in Sugar Land for decades. The county is also one of the most diverse in Texas, and our clinicians work in English, Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati and Bengali.

Do you accept my insurance?
Depending on the clinician, we accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Medicare, Oscar and UMR. Testing is private pay.
Can my family see different clinicians here?
Yes. A child, a parent and a couple can each see a different clinician in the same practice, and with your written permission they can coordinate.
