Group Therapy
Group therapy can be helpful to people in a number of different ways. Group therapy lends support to the group members and can be helpful by allowing you to receive feedback and hear many people's perspectives of different situations.
Sugar Land Counseling is currently accepting participants for the following new groups.
Elementary Children with ADHD
Sugar Land Counseling presents an 8-week therapy group for children ages 7 – 11 with ADHD. Each week a specific topic will be explored, including: emotions, organization, homework, succeeding in school, time management, memory skills, social skills, and bullying. Cost is $45 per week, billed monthly. Group space is limited and a $45 deposit is required to reserve each spot.

Depression Support Group
for people who are experiencing symptoms of depression such as feeling down or depressed, loss of interest, feelings of hopelessness and other symptoms of depression.
GLBT Support Group
for people from the GLBT community who want to share their thoughts and feelings, feel a sense of support, be yourselves, possibly gain information from others, and connect with others going through similar issues as yourself.
