About the Staff

Dr. Kiran Mishra, Licensed Psychologist

I have been a licensed clinical psychologist since 1999 and received my doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 1998. I attended the University of Texas in Austin for my undergraduate training, and graduated magna cum laude with special honors in psychology.

Prior to beginning my private practice in Sugar Land in 2006, I was working as faculty at Stanford University Medical Center in California. I was also on staff at Stanford Hospital.

Currently, in addition to working with clients in my private practice, I am the clinical director at the Rudy Tomjanovich multidisciplinary pain management program (www.rudytmpmp.com), where I work with clients in managing their chronic pain.

I also work as a consultant at The Learning Repertoire (www.tlrkids.com) in Pearland, providing services for children (and parents of children) who fall on the autism spectrum.

Additionally, I enjoy working with producers in Los Angeles, doing psychological evaluations for potential candidates for a popular tv reality series.

I have been a guest psychologist on radio programming in Houston, and have published articles in academic journals.

Kimberly (Kymn) Harrison, MA, LPA, LPC-Intern

I hold a Master of Psychology degree from Houston Baptist University, and am a licensed psychological associate (LPA), and a licensed professional counselor intern (LPC-I). Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent many years as a children’s and family ministry director at two churches in the Houston area.

Helping children, adolescents, parents, and families develop practical solutions to daily difficulties is my passion. I enjoy assisting students in understanding more about their learning styles and abilities through psychoeducational testing. I also conduct evaluations to determine Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). From testing to providing an initial diagnosis, to skills enhancement and therapy, I am passionate about helping people with ADHD improve the daily struggles they encounter.

In addition to do psychoeducational evaluations, I conduct group therapy at Sugar Land Counseling.

Bramh Mishra, Life Coach

I believe in promoting life as nature intended. I have travelled from my idylic childhood on a Fijian-family farm, consuming fresh home-grown organic food to the industrialized nations of Britain, Canada, and the USA; I have decades of experience accumulated and successful businesses mastered.

I conduct life coaching with the aim of helping you develop realistic and practical solutions to your problems. I also incorporate an Eastern philosophical framework, focusing on awareness and mindfulness.

Perhaps you feel like a robot, doing what is expected of you, but devoid of happiness and passion. I’ve been there too. I’m here to support the shift from the daily grind to something more meaningful.

I believe that everyone continues to learn throughout their lives regardless of age, and I enjoy coaching seniors in addition to adults of all ages. If you know it’s time for a change, my door is open and all are welcome.

Clive Wilby,

Business Coach

I am a registered Chartered (UK) and European Engineer, and a Fellow of the Institute of Measurement and Control, specializing in Process Automation and Control. I hold Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering.

My experience includes working internationally in Africa, the Middle East, and Europe for the Oil and Gas Majors such as Caltex/Chevron, Sasol, and Shell performing various roles. I have also worked for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) organizations such as Fluor, as an Engineering Manager. Furthermore, I have worked in the software industry for the past seven years, initially as Head of Product, managing a team of software engineers in Cambridge, UK and Chennai, India. This work involved the development of information technology solutions for the oil and gas industry.

I have established and run a number of diverse businesses, culminating in my own business for Engineering, Design and Construction Services. My experience includes engineering design, production, operations, sales, business development and marketing.

I bring a wealth of hard-earned practical and technical experience, earned in an international environment to help you in your decision making, issue resolution, or problem-solving needs.
